STRUCTURAL DESIGN IDEAS: Offer suggestions for carpentry work, such as trim, buildouts, accent walls, and more.

INCREASED PRODUCT SELECTION: Will include paint colors, materials, wall covering, soft window treatments.

PERSONAL SHOPPING TRIP: Itinerary can be provided, max. 2 hours.

PROCUREMENT PROCESS: Will place all orders for client.

ORDER MANAGEMENT: Negotiating with vendors, product holds, directing logistics from storage space to final destination.

TRADE PRICING: Receive up to 25% select retailers.

FINAL INSTALLATION: Present during product delivery day and will offer installation of wall decor, soft window coverings, arranging of furniture, setting up the room.

FINISHING TOUCHES: Could include a final shopping trip, last-minute orders, etc to get all items to finish the space.
